It was the best decision I ever made by hiring Greg as our attorney.
Greg represented my immediate family and now that I look back, it was the best decision I ever made by hiring Greg as our attorney. He gave us his utmost attention to listen to every detail about our case and gave us a few options up front (like private polygraph test and etc.).
From the time of arraignment, he was always on time in the courtroom, and he is well respected with other defense attorney’s and District attorneys.
The case outcome was successfully concluded in our favor, and it is only because Greg’s found some inaccurate information in DA initial charges (Greg relayed this during the private session in the chamber with DA and the Judge) in the matter. Later on, the DA ended up reducing the charges and the Judge gave the final judgment as a misdemeanor.
I screened several attorneys before selecting Greg and the impression I got for most other attorney’s that they are well focused on money (put fear in you to take advantage of your situation) but not Greg, I found him very honest and worked very hard to give his client their money’s worth.
I am not saying that you will get success in every situation or some kind of miracle, but you will be well represented by an experienced defense attorney in Riverside County.

It was nothings short of a miracle to have met Gregory H. Comings in my desperate attempt to find a replacement attorney. My previous attorney took $7K to be my legal representative and not long after he sent me an email to notify me that “he only agreed to represent me up to the preliminary hearing” and I need pay him a new retainer fee or find another attorney for my arraignment the following week. A classic bait and switch maneuver with no legal recourse for me. And even if there was, I couldn’t focus on that just yet. I had to focus on the arraignment.
I’m not at liberty to discuss specifics of my case but know that the gravity of my situation or predicament was very dire and it also had an immigration consequence. I say this to emphasize that I have a severe health condition and being sent back home was certain death. Even Gregory Comings was very concerned but strategically maneuvered my case towards a desired outcome. As of last week (August 2023) my court fees was waived, my probation was terminated and the case was also dismissed..

Had the pleasure of working with Attorney Comings in 2019, on an issue my son was involved in, Mr. Comings met with me the very next day after I contacted him about the situation he heard me out and explained to me the steps, I was very worried of the whole situation but Mr. Comings quickly put me at ease he put my son on calendar, & attended the court dates without my son being present which was very less stressful due to my son was still attending school. I am so bless and lucky to have hired Greg as my lawyer. I was looking to 3 to 5 years, 2 felonies and one was a strike felony I can’t share the specifics.
Once I hired him, he got to work, pleaded with the DA that didn’t work but he dint stop there. In less than 6 months he was able to work his magic with the judge and he was able to plead my felonies down to misdemeanors, no jail time, dismissed court fees. He got me 120 days of community service or house arrest which that gets cut to half.
I only did 2 months of house arrest when I was looking at some years at the big house not county.
