It was nothings short of a miracle to have met Gregory H. Comings in my desperate attempt to find a replacement attorney. My previous attorney took $7K to be my legal representative and not long after he sent me an email to notify me that “he only agreed to represent me up to the preliminary hearing” and I need pay him a new retainer fee or find another attorney for my arraignment the following week. A classic bait and switch maneuver with no legal recourse for me. And even if there was, I couldn’t focus on that just yet. I had to focus on the arraignment.

I’m not at liberty to discuss specifics of my case but know that the gravity of my situation or predicament was very dire and it also had an immigration consequence. I say this to emphasize that I have a severe health condition and being sent back home was certain death. Even Gregory Comings was very concerned but strategically maneuvered my case towards a desired outcome. As of last week (August 2023) my court fees was waived, my probation was terminated and the case was also dismissed..
